Apsco Receives JIG Performance Awards Across Six Airport Locations in Saudi Arabia

Apsco’s airport locations in Riyadh, Madinah, Taif, Turaif and Rafha have received the Joint Inspection Group (JIG) Sustained Performance Award, while its Gurayat airport location has received the JIG Improved Performance Award. These recognitions reflect Apsco’s commitment to safety, aviation fuel quality and operational excellence.

The Sustained Performance Award recognizes locations that achieve “Good” inspection results for three consecutive years, maintain their performance and meet the requirements for closing recommendations. The Improved Performance Award recognizes locations that reduce inspection findings over three years and achieve at least “Satisfactory” results in the last two years, while also meeting the award’s requirements relating to recommendations.

Both awards require zero outstanding and zero high-priority recommendations in the previous year, as well as no serious health, safety, security and environmental (HSSE), product quality or spillage incidents in that year’s reported data.

The achievement reflects the dedication of Apsco’s Aviation Operations teams, Location In-Charges, Area Managers and Operations leadership, supported by the cooperation of departments across the company. It also demonstrates the importance of teamwork, consistent follow-up and adherence to standards in maintaining reliable aircraft fueling operations.

Apsco continues to strengthen its operational performance by addressing inspection findings, closing recommendations and maintaining accurate records and data. These efforts support service quality and help more locations work towards future recognition.
