APSCO Wins Net-Zero Initiative of the Year at Asian Oil & Gas Awards 2023

We are proud to announce that APSCO has been awarded the prestigious title of Net-Zero Initiative of the Year at the Asian Oil & Gas Awards 2023.

As we continue to strive towards our net-zero initiative and fulfilling our environmental responsibilities, we take a moment to celebrate this milestone in recognition of our efforts. Our decarbonization initiatives are best reflected in the KAIA airport, a location which was designed around green initiatives, and one that serves as a template for best practices as they relate to green initiatives.

The ground-breaking facility embodies various ecological best practices, which led it to gain the respected award from the Asian Oil & Gas Awards. Features of the airport which make it a novel and environmentally-conscious structure include state of the art E-Trucks for transportation, integration of solar panels, use of blended fuels which have a lower carbon output, use of optimized water management systems which reduce excess water consumption in addition to other green conscious actions which align with APSCO’s Net-Zero initiatives and those of The Kingdom.
